explains how to create a new table at your database, in case you don't want to manage any existing table, you can skip it otherwise.
Then you can follow the rest of the sections in order to configure your list, you will see a bunch of options, you can start with a simple configuration and then go for more complex options afterwards. Please let us know if you need further help with any specific section.

Hi,
we don't know how to send you a 'database', that would require you to run scripts on your db manager, we assume you mean a list manager example that you can see working. For that purpouse, you can use any of your existing Joomla tables, for ex, the extensions table. A list can be published in a few steps as follows:

- Click 'Add' at the main Listmanager page
- Give it a name and select the #__extensions table. Save.
- Go to Fields/columns, select a couple of columns (for ex 'name' and 'type', give them the main->type=text, and make them visible with 'Display->visible in table' check. Save & close
- Go to Display. Uncheck the 'show only user records' in order to show all rows. Save
- Go to Pagination. Save & close.
- Go to Data Layout. Save. close.
- Go to Advanced. Save & close

You have a working table with the default options. If you go to the main page, select your list and click 'manage data', you will see your list of current extensions. This list can be published as a front end module as well.

In case you need to create your own table, and then follow the above steps, then these are the specific instructions:

For having a working example, you can just copy the data from the screenshot and you will have a new table at your database with those fields.

From here you surely will want to add more functions (ordering, filters, search, edition...). you can check the proper section of the tutorials in order to get details about any configuration, but please contact again in case you have doubts about any specific feature.

You have many tables at your database that you can use to try the extension, like the example 'extensions' we have given above. And if you want a new demo table, then you only need to type these data you can see at the screenshot here:

And in a couple of clicks you will have a new demo table created at your database.

well, we could provide the 4 screenshots that are needed to configure our demo, but creating for you an installer of a database with data, and a list configured automatically would take some time (and still you would need to take some action, like publishing the module). We don't see exactly the problem you may have following the detailed instructions we've sent, they can be done in less than one minute. We've also sent the link to a full documentation about all the extra features and you can ask here about any doubt you could find.

as commented above, creating such an installer would take a considerable amount of work, so this task is far beyond the help covered by the extension technical support, sorry. We have already provided a much more simple solution, that is a very short step-by-step guide together with our help. no, sorry, exporting you a copy of the demo site or its data is not an option , it would take some time indeed, but you can get some example databases from other sources. A quick google search, threw up this 3 example tables you can load at your db and link to a list to publish:

sorry but we don't share your opinion at all, everything is open to the public, the documents, the screenshots, the demo to see it in action, and we have provided detailed help with very simple instructions everytime you have asked (7 times in 3 business days), and even a script to load some example database tables. We are not able to understand why you are not willing to follow just 3 simple steps, and this is quite strange, why you insist in having us to create a full demo for you when you can do it in a couple of minutes. It would seem you haven't even tried to start a simple configuration.

The extension is working perfectly in thousand of sites, and it's true it has a bunch of different options, but you're not forced to use them all, to create a simple example, following the 3 screenshots of the docs it's enough to have the working demo you're asking for.

But as is clear you are not willing to follow our instructions, we are not able to help any further, sorry, we have returned the purchase, so you can unistall now the extension.
