Hi,
if there is any section not clickable, we guess you may be facing any restriction that is causing any error with the scripts. For ex, if you have any security rule that prevents certain js files to be loaded you may see some parts not working (while the rest can seem to work properly). In order to confirm, you can open the dev tools at your browser (with F12), and then reload the page with the sections not working. You may see any error, either at the 'network' , and/or the 'console' tab that you can add to the ticket and hopefully it will give us a clue on how to solve.
If you're not sure on how to proceed, you can also share an access with us at the 'private data' of the ticket. We'll debug directly at your site, and let you know how to fix.
Thanks, regards

Thanks for your reply.
I followed your instructions and I can see some errors but Im not esperienced enough to understand them.
Thanks for the offer to take a look. I have added the info in Private data.
Hi,
sorry, but we have tried to access your site with the data provided and we're not authorized to enter the backend, can you please recheck ?
Thanks, regards

I just tried with the info I provided to you and it is working fine for me. I dont see anywhere in the backend that restricts login by region.
You might try again please.
Hi,
ok, now we were able to access, thank you. We have found you have a permissions issue. You have a restriction that doesn't allow to load some files under the calcbuilder media folders, for ex, if you try at your browser:
https://YOURSITE.COM/media/com_calcbuilder/js/fields.js
or
https://YOURSITE.COM/media/com_calcbuilder/css/fields.css
you will find the server is returning a 'forbidden' error. Probably you have any security rule (maybe at any .htaccess file) that doesn't allow to load files properly and that's the reason you will see some functions not fully working. We suggest to check any component or plugin regarding security that you have active or the htaccess configuration in case you have added it manually to avoid access to certain folders.
Hope this helps, regards
Moonsoft Team
I found the problem
There is a .htaccess file inside folder https://YOURSITE.COM/media/com_calcbuilder which I disabled. I can see all features in the backend now.
Might be worth noting for future queries you might receive
Hi,
Right, if any security extension has placed an .htaccess file there, then the files can't be loaded properly.
Great it worked, and thank you very much for your feedback, it will surely help others.
Best regards,

Ive been using Calcbuilder for years and I love it. I recently upgraded to Joomla 5.1.1. with Calcbuilder 5.1.3.
For the first time in a long time I want to add more options but I cant find a way to do it. I dont see the same area to add options as I used to have in old versions. There are a number of buttons under "Form Fields" "Advanced" which are not clickable for me.
Am I having an issue with the upgrade or is another component/module causing a conflict?
FYI, the calculator is working on the front end. https://bannerprinting.ie/our-prices/outdoor-banner-prices-dublin
Your help is appreciated.
