I insert demo "Simple calculator" and it not working (NO RESULT)

Hello,

We checked your page and ajax call used by calculator is throwing error.
This sometimes is caused by .htaccess, any 'security' component or suhosin patch. In your case, maybe htaccess or 'security' component seems to be not well-configured to get controller name or change it. You could try to disable use htaccess in your configuration or disable 'security' component and test it.

I haven't security components, and how I can try to disable use htaccess in my configuration? It makes in joomla or hosters panel (I have cPanel)?

Maybe I can give you account to my site and you can help me, because I very need your nice calculator

Hello,

To disable the use of htaccess, go to your Joomla and in Global Configuration -> Site, check 'no' in 'Use URL rewriting'.

If you want us to take a look at your site, you should better place a ticket in helpdesk with url and credentials.
