Hi,
in fact any valid csv would do the work, because the upload tool allows to configure separators, break lines, etc. Here you can find more details about the csv upload, and some example data that you can use:

you only need to adjust the number of columns to the specific number of fields you have configured for your list following this previous step:
https://www.moonsoft.es/easyblog/entry/29-how-to-create-the-fields-columns-of-your-list
If you have further problems with data loading, please place a ticket at the helpdesk sharing a copy of the data you're trying to upload and we'll take a look.
